Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud services during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems for enterprise clients
- Execute system maintenance, updates, and security protocols during off-peak hours
- Document incident reports, resolutions, and system performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incidents and escalations
- Proactively identify and resolve potential system vulnerabilities
- Maintain 99.9% uptime SLA for all supported services
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with night shift or 24/7 operations background
- Expertise in Windows Server, AWS/Azure, and enterprise networking
- Strong diagnostic skills for hardware/software troubleshooting
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
