Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems and user applications
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Execute emergency system patches and security protocols
- Document incident reports and resolution workflows
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless handovers
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
- Train users on remote access protocols and security best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or system administration
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends
