Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure during night shifts (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via ticketing systems and chat
- Execute scheduled system backups and security patching
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident resolution
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
- Conduct proactive system health checks and optimization
- Train junior staff on night shift protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure or cloud support
- Active CompTIA Security+ or AWS/Azure certification
- Experience with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing systems
- Proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Available for flexible scheduling including weekends
