- Monitor and maintain server/network infrastructure during night hours
- Provide remote technical support to global clients via ticketing systems
- Execute scheduled equipment maintenance and security protocols
- Document incidents and resolutions using ITSM software
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless handover processes
- Proactively identify and resolve system vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT support or infrastructure maintenance
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware/network issues
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
