We are looking for an individual who thrives in a self-directed environment to provide critical technical assistance to our clients during the night hours.
This is a fully remote position requiring you to live in or near Las Vegas, Nevada. You will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring business continuity and user satisfaction 24/7.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools during the designated night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM MST).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues for end-users.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all support tickets and resolution logs in our CRM system.
- Identify recurring technical issues and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers of complex cases.
- Adhere to company security protocols and data privacy standards at all times.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of professional experience in IT support, Help Desk, or Customer Support.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the USA and reside within Nevada.
- Strong remote work experience with excellent self-discipline and time management.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure during peak hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
