Responsibilities
- Conduct Live Sessions: Deliver engaging, one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via our secure online learning platform.
- Curriculum Development: Create customized lesson plans and study guides tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Progress Monitoring: Track student performance, identify knowledge gaps, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Provide regular feedback to students and maintain open communication with parents or guardians.
- Technical Support: Utilize digital whiteboards and interactive tools to facilitate effective remote instruction.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of session notes and student progress logs.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field is preferred; equivalent teaching experience is accepted.
