Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions in Mathematics and Science via our virtual platform
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and student learning objectives
- Monitor student progress through regular assessments and provide detailed progress reports
- Utilize interactive digital tools (whiteboards, simulations, etc.) to enhance engagement
- Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the academic team to refine teaching methodologies and resources
- Maintain accurate session documentation and student records in our learning management system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience (K-12 focus)
- Expertise in Algebra, Geometry, Calculus, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology
- Strong digital literacy with proficiency in video conferencing and online teaching tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Valid U.S. work authorization and reliable high-speed internet connection

- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
