Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging 1-on-1 and small group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects (Math, Science, English)
- Develop customized learning plans aligned with student goals and curriculum standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed performance feedback to parents and instructors
- Utilize our interactive digital platform for seamless lesson delivery and resource sharing
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance teaching methodologies and subject expertise
- Maintain accurate session logs and student achievement records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- CA teaching certification or equivalent credential
- Proficiency in virtual teaching tools (Zoom, Google Classroom, interactive whiteboards)
- Strong communication skills with ability to connect with diverse student populations
- Subject matter expertise in at least two core academic areas
- Background check and fingerprint clearance required
