Responsibilities
- Deliver 1:1 and small-group virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary platform
- Develop personalized learning plans aligned with Oklahoma State Academic Standards
- Monitor student progress and provide detailed progress reports to parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools to create engaging, effective lessons
- Collaborate with curriculum specialists to refine tutoring methodologies
- Maintain accurate session documentation and scheduling records
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject field (required)
- Oklahoma teaching certification or equivalent (preferred)
- 2+ years of tutoring or classroom teaching experience
- Expertise in at least one core subject (Math, Science, ELA, History)
- Proficiency with video conferencing and digital teaching tools
- Exceptional communication skills and cultural competence
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
