Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging online lessons in math, science, language arts, or test prep
- Assess student learning needs and customize lesson plans
- Track progress and provide detailed feedback to students/parents
- Utilize interactive digital tools (virtual whiteboards, simulations)
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
- Collaborate with academic coordinators on student goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (Education or subject-specific field)
- 1+ years teaching/tutoring experience
- Strong technology proficiency (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
- Excellent communication and empathy skills
- Minnesota teaching certification preferred
