Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions via our secure video platform.
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Provide constructive, high-conversion feedback and assessment results to track student progress.
- Maintain accurate student records and attendance logs within our Learning Management System.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive virtual learning environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to adapt curriculum materials for remote delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (or equivalent teaching experience).
- Strong command of the subject matter (Math, Science, English, etc.).
