Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure platform.
- Develop personalized learning plans and study schedules tailored to individual student needs.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive, actionable feedback.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and interactive teaching tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student performance and goals.
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT/ACT) or grade-level curriculum mastery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or currently enrolled).
- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or mentor in a formal or informal setting.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace.
- Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit diverse learning needs and paces.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate student schedules.
