Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our proprietary platform.
- Design and implement customized lesson plans that cater to individual student learning styles and goals.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and students to ensure continuous improvement.
- Utilize educational technology tools (e.g., Canvas, Google Classroom) to facilitate seamless learning experiences.
- Maintain a professional, encouraging, and supportive virtual classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with students and families regarding academic performance and upcoming milestones.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in a teaching credential program) is preferred; equivalent teaching experience is accepted.
- Strong command of the subject matter, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
