Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions for students in grades K-12 and higher education.
- Develop customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to each student's learning style and academic goals.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and safe online learning environment that builds student confidence.
- Utilize our proprietary virtual whiteboard and learning management tools to deliver interactive content.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians to ensure continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with students and families regarding session schedules, curriculum changes, and academic performance.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent teaching experience) in a relevant subject area.
- Strong command of the English language and excellent grammar skills.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is preferred but not always required.
