Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one and small group virtual tutoring sessions via our secure video platform.
- Develop and customize lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and learning styles.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
- Prepare students for standardized tests (SAT, ACT, GRE) and specific coursework exams.
- Communicate effectively with students to build rapport and maintain high engagement levels.
- Adhere to company policies regarding student privacy and data security.
Qualifications
- Currently residing in the United States (New Orleans, LA area preferred).
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain difficult concepts clearly.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Passion for education and helping students succeed.
- Ability to pass a background check.
