Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one and small-group virtual tutoring sessions in core subjects
- Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards
- Track student progress and provide detailed feedback to parents/instructors
- Utilize digital platforms (Zoom, interactive whiteboards) for engaging sessions
- Collaborate with academic advisors to address learning gaps
- Maintain accurate session records and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing training and curriculum development
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years tutoring/teaching experience with proven results
- Strong subject expertise in Math, Science, or English
- Proficiency with virtual learning tools and technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
- Valid Minnesota teaching certification preferred
- Background check clearance required
