Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging, one-on-one virtual tutoring sessions via our proprietary learning platform, ensuring a distraction-free environment for students.
- Design and implement customized lesson plans and study materials tailored to each student’s specific learning style, academic goals, and curriculum requirements.
- Assess student progress through regular quizzes, assignments, and constructive feedback sessions to track improvement and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and inclusive virtual learning atmosphere that builds student confidence and promotes active participation.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance and address any concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of student sessions, attendance, and progress using our administrative tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, the relevant subject matter (e.g., Math, Science, English), or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace for virtual sessions.
