Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, interactive one-on-one tutoring sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, or our internal learning platform.
- Design customized lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and academic goals.
- Mentor students through complex concepts, ensuring they build confidence and improve their grades.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to both students and parents to track progress.
- Utilize digital whiteboards and educational resources to create a dynamic learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assignments, and session outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Math, Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong proficiency and command of the subject matter you intend to tutor.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students quickly.
- Proficiency with basic computer software and online meeting tools.
- Ability to pass a standard background check and adhere to our professional code of conduct.
