Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads within the Long Beach area through cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct effective product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop local territory strategies and promotional events.
- Track sales activities and pipeline progress accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in outside sales, business-to-business (B2B) sales, or field sales.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record (company vehicle provided).
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively within a defined territory.
