- Monitor support channels during assigned hours with <30-second response time
- Identify trends in customer feedback to drive product improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in Zendesk and Jira ticketing systems
- Exceptional written communication skills with native English fluency
- Strong time management in remote work environments
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
