- Design and execute user research studies, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys.
- Analyze user feedback and behavioral data to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to define research goals and create test plans.
- Create clear, concise reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct competitive audits to benchmark our products against industry standards.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX research or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in research methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Miro, Figma).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy and time management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field.
