Job Description
Join Nexus Future Labs at the forefront of 2026's technological revolution. We're seeking a visionary Quantum AI Systems Architect to design next-generation computational frameworks that bridge quantum mechanics and artificial intelligence. This role demands a pioneer who will architect solutions for industries ranging from climate modeling to personalized medicine, pushing the boundaries of what's computationally possible.
As a key member of our Quantum Research Division, you'll collaborate with Nobel laureates and industry disruptors to create scalable quantum neural networks. You'll develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms that solve previously intractable problems while mentoring the next generation of quantum engineers through our 2026 Fellowship Program.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI architectures leveraging superposition and entanglement principles
- Develop error-corrected quantum neural networks for real-world deployment
- Create hybrid quantum-classical pipelines for enterprise-scale optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum machine learning models
- Contribute to open-source quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Translate theoretical quantum algorithms into production-ready systems
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum computing symposia
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper) and ML frameworks
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Experience with D-Wave, IBM Quantum, or Rigetti hardware systems
- Strong background in tensor networks and quantum machine learning
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
