- Identify and escalate inappropriate content, harassment, or policy violations
- Document moderation actions using standardized reporting tools
- Provide exceptional user support through live chat interactions
- Collaborate with team leads to refine moderation strategies
- Participate in weekly training sessions on emerging trends
- Maintain accurate activity logs for compliance review
Qualifications
- Proven experience in content moderation or community management
- Exceptional written communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition
- Comfortable with rotating shift schedules (including weekends)
- Proficient in using moderation tools like ModSquad or Modera
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- High-speed internet connection required
