Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and accuracy.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or manager.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
