Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Update customer information in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (Associateās or Bachelorās degree preferred).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer programs simultaneously.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
