- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent service quality.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred but not required.
- Must reside within the Greater Boston, MA area.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
