Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services via phone, email, and chat

- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, FCR, AHT)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Windows OS and MS Office Suite
