- Process orders, returns, and service requests using CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and internal databases
- Meet/exceed KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or virtual setting
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in virtual teams
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Available for flexible hours including evenings and weekends
