Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Document interactions and update CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer value
- Maintain 25+ daily contacts while meeting SLA targets
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to refine skills
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation for team scalability
Qualifications
- 2+ years remote customer service experience in SaaS or tech industries
- Proficient in Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in home office
- High-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Comfortable with flexible shifts including weekend coverage
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
