Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase adoption and retention rates
- Act as primary point of contact for high-value enterprise clients across North America
- Analyze product usage data to identify upsell opportunities and reduce churn
- Coordinate with product and engineering teams to communicate client feedback and feature requests
- Create customized onboarding experiences for new enterprise customers
- Proactively identify at-risk accounts and implement recovery strategies
- Generate quarterly business reviews and executive-level insights
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts ($50k+ ARR)
- Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with C-level executives
- Self-motivated with demonstrated success in remote work environments
- Experience with SaaS products, preferably in B2B tech sector
- Ability to travel quarterly for team meetings and client events
