Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client accounts to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions to educate clients on our products and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Analyze client usage data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for upselling.
- Collaborate closely with the Product and Sales teams to relay critical client feedback.
- Develop and execute client success plans tailored to individual account needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently in a distributed team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
