Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for 50+ enterprise clients in the Southwest region
- Onboard new customers and guide implementation through our proprietary CRM platform
- Identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell additional services
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback and feature requests
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction and retention metrics
- Lead virtual training sessions and user adoption workshops
Kualifikasi
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention and growth targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Experience with B2B SaaS in the fintech or healthcare verticals
- Authorized to work in the United States
