Kualifikasi
- 3+ years in customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding retention goals
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry highly preferred
