Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our client base in the United States.
- Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process to ensure seamless adoption of our software.
- Monitor account health and proactively address any issues or escalations to reduce churn.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to provide feedback based on customer needs.
- Conduct regular check-ins and training sessions to empower clients to get the most out of our services.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Support within a remote or hybrid environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional, customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision in a WFH setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain them in simple terms.
