- Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Proactively identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth
- Act as primary point of contact for client inquiries and escalations
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to deliver client feedback
- Track and report on key metrics including churn rate and NPS
- Lead quarterly business reviews with high-value accounts
- Develop training resources to maximize product adoption
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in SaaS or technology industry preferred
