Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with first-contact resolution excellence
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed knowledge base entries
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues and track resolutions
- Proactively identify process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score and SLA adherence metrics
- Train new support agents on product knowledge and support protocols
- Participate in weekly team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues remotely
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce) and helpdesk software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated with demonstrated remote work success
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekend coverage
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
