- Document customer interactions using Zendesk CRM and maintain accurate case records
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve complex technical escalations
- Meet weekly performance metrics: 95+ customer satisfaction score, 85+ first-contact resolution rate
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvement initiatives
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and bi-weekly training sessions
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards when handling sensitive customer data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer support experience in SaaS or tech industry
- Proficiency with CRM software (Zendesk, Salesforce) and ticketing systems
- Exceptional written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts simply
- Strong problem-solving abilities with proven track record in conflict resolution
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote teams
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical knowledge preferred
