Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve technical issues and troubleshoot software/hardware problems
- Document all interactions in our CRM system with detailed notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior team members
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support or technical experience
- Proficiency with remote work tools (Slack, Zoom, CRM systems)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection (we provide equipment)
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Associate degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience with SaaS products preferred
