Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Manage support tickets using Zendesk with 24-hour resolution SLA
- Document interactions and update CRM databases with precision
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate technical issues
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules
- Support weekend/holiday rotation on rotating basis
Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer support or BPO environment
- Proven remote work history with self-discipline
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High-speed internet connection (50+ Mbps)
- Ability to work PST business hours (9 AM - 6 PM)
