- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference with product knowledge base
- Maintain average response time under 15 minutes for all customer communications
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions on new product features
- Generate weekly performance reports using analytics dashboard
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in remote/virtual environment
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office space
