- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction rates
- Troubleshoot technical issues for SaaS products and remote work tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems and identify process improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate critical issues
- Maintain expert knowledge of product updates and support protocols
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
- Support after-hours rotation on a rotating basis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer support experience in tech or SaaS
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce preferred)
- Strong diagnostic skills for remote work tools (Zoom, Slack, VPN)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote environment
- High-speed home internet and dedicated workspace
- Associate degree or equivalent professional certification
