- Resolve technical issues using our proprietary knowledge base and diagnostic tools
- Document all interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities during customer interactions
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction score through personalized solutions
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience with SaaS products
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce experience preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Strong time management with remote work experience
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Flexible availability including weekend coverage (10% of schedule)
