Responsibilities
- Resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through product configurations.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
