Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports, translating technical findings into clear, non-technical business recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions to streamline operations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support product development.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field required.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, or Google Data Studio).
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with cloud data platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) are a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to diverse audiences.
