- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot anomalies
- Present findings to leadership with actionable recommendations
- Optimize data collection methodologies for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros)
- Tableau or Power BI certification preferred
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing abilities
- Excellent written communication for technical/non-technical audiences
- Proven remote work experience required
