- Verify and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks on all data entries to identify and correct discrepancies.
- Organize and digitize physical documents to improve retrieval efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with team leads to resolve complex data issues.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in the migration of legacy data to our new cloud-based platform.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40-45 WPM).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently in a remote environment.
