Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and manage large datasets across multiple platforms
- Perform quality audits with 99.5%+ data integrity standards
- Utilize advanced Excel functions and proprietary software for data processing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data migration projects
- Generate daily/weekly productivity reports with KPI tracking
- Implement data security protocols including HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Train junior staff on data entry best practices and systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of high-volume data entry experience with 12,000+ keystrokes/hour
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel VLOOKUP/PivotTables)
- Proven track record with CRM/ERP systems (Salesforce, SAP preferred)
