Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health, network traffic, and system logs overnight to proactively prevent outages.
- Diagnose and resolve technical tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Assist in the deployment, patching, and maintenance of end-user devices (laptops, printers, mobiles).
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in the ITSM ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over unresolved issues and ensure seamless continuity.
- Adhere to strict data security and compliance protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Help Desk or IT Support role.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US and available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote access tools (TeamViewer, LogMeIn) and ticketing systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently in a low-light environment with high concentration levels.
