Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Monitor and respond to security alerts, system logs, and network anomalies
- Deploy patches, updates, and security configurations across Windows/Linux environments
- Troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues for critical infrastructure
- Collaborate with global IT teams during cross-continental incidents
- Document all security incidents and remediation actions in SIEM tools
- Conduct quarterly vulnerability scans and penetration testing simulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar) or EDR solutions
- Ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional on-site support
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
