- Accurately input, update, and maintain digital records in proprietary databases
- Validate data completeness and resolve discrepancies with source documents
- Process high-volume transactional data with strict adherence to deadlines
- Generate and distribute weekly data quality reports to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data consistency
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client information
- Adhere to HIPAA and GDPR compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of professional data entry experience
- Proven typing speed of 60+ WPM with 99.5% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional attention to detail and error detection skills
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-2PM PST)
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office setup
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Associates degree or relevant certification preferred
